Free Guided Meditation at Union South

Looking to sharpen your focus and find some clarity amidst the daily hustle and bustle of a busy life? Meditation is just the thing to help foster relaxation and improve overall wellbeing.


Join UHS wellness coordinator Bob McGrath on Wednesday, March 6, from noon to 1pm at Union South, where you’ll be able to practice different types of meditation, including breathing and mantra-focused, as well as learn about how meditation can benefit you. Classes are completely free of charge, and all UW–Madison students, faculty and staff are welcome.


First timers? No problem! Come in 10 minutes early and get a quick intro before the session starts.
